Assist will partner with you to do the work you need so that
you can do the work you love. I will assist you in
building your business as if it were my own because when you
succeed, I succeed.
Most services
are offered at an hourly rate of $30. to $45. Package rates are also available.
Retainer package rates usually include a certain number of
hours per month for a flat fee, with the occasional additional
hours billed at the hourly rate. Will my information be kept safe and private? Yes. With
a degree in the Legal Secretarial field I understand the
importance of confidentiality. All files will be kept in
locked cabinets and no information will ever be shared without
prior written authorization from the owner of the business.
I work remotely from my office via
the internet and telephone, however, I am available to travel
to an office within my local central Maine area if the need
arises. Do I have to be from Maine to use your services?
No. As a
virtual assistant I work with people from all over the
world. I work with you by telephone, fax, email and
internet to assist you in reaching your business
goals.
